Wahpeton Substation. This sub-project entails upgrading the Wahpeton substation to achieve a rating of 369 MVA. To achieve this rating, the terminal equipment within the Wahpeton substation will be upgraded, which includes the replace wave trap on the Wahpeton to Xxxxxxxxx 230 kV line with a 2000 amp rated wave trap.
