Common use of Waitlist Clause in Contracts

Waitlist. If an employee request prearranged time off that the employer cannot fulfill, the employee will be put on a waitlist. If that date opens up throughout the year, the employee will be moved off of the waitlist and given the opportunity to take the day he/she requested PTO.
