Inventory Maintenance. DISTRIBUTOR shall maintain an adequate stock of Products. DISTRIBUTOR shall use its best efforts to keep such stock in good condition and free from damage or contamination which might detract from the appearance or performance of Products. DISTRIBUTOR shall keep such stock available for ready supply to Customers. The conditions of stock operation shall be discussed and mutually agreed by both parties. DISTRIBUTOR will use its best efforts to maintain its inventory of Products current by shipping Products to Customer on a “First-In/First Out” (FIFO) basis whenever possible.
Inventory Maintenance. All consignment inventories will be coordinated with the facilities' POC and/or COR. Contractor will remove or replace inventory as necessary.
Inventory Maintenance. Objective: The Contractor shall maintain accurate inventory of ALS and ensure the ALS is in good work order by performing the following functions: 1. Inspect the ALS equipment every three (3) months to ensure the inventory is accounted for and the ALS is in good work order, even when it has not been used. a. Ensure ODHH or State inventory tags remain attached to components and are readable. b. Inform ODHH when equipment is damaged or lost while in borrower’s care. Contractor must notify ODHH within five (5) business days if the equipment is lost or sustains damage greater than $200.00. c. Maintain a supply of spare batteries for all components. 2. In case of theft of ALS or part(s) of ALS, the Contractor shall provide ODHH with the police report indicating the occurrence of such theft within two (2) days after receiving the report. 3. At the request of ODHH, the Contractor shall conduct an annual inventory of the ALS equipment.
Inventory Maintenance. Objective: The Contractor shall maintain and ensure accurate inventory and good working order of XXX Program equipment, by performing the following functions: 1. Ensure ODHH or State inventory tags remain attached to each XXX equipment and are readable. 2. Maintain an inventory of each piece of equipment every three (3) months. 3. Test each piece of equipment every three (3) months. Contractor shall report any XXX Program equipment problems to ODHH. 4. In case of theft of XXX Program equipment, Contractor shall provide ODHH with the police report indicating the occurrence of such theft within two (2) business days after the receipt of the report. 5. At the request of ODHH, conduct an annual inventory of the XXX equipment.
Inventory Maintenance. PHARMACY and XCHC agree that PHARMACY shall dispense no controlled substance that might be purchased by XCHC. Prior to PHARMACY providing Pharmacy Services pursuant to this Agreement, XCHC shall have the opportunity, upon reasonable notice and during business hours, to examine the tracking system and may require PHARMACY to make any modifications to such system as XCHC may, in it sole discretions, require. PHARMACY shall permit XCHC or its duly authorized representatives to have reasonable access to PHARMACY’S facilities and records during the term of this Agreement in order to make periodic checks regarding the efficacy of such tracking system. PHARMACY agrees to make any and all adjustments to the tracking system which XCHC advises are reasonably necessary to prevent diversion of Covered Drugs to individuals who are not Eligible Patients.

Inventory Maintenance. Vendor reserves the right at all times to determine what Products it will offer for sale, stock or no longer carry in its inventory. For Products that it stocks or offers for sale to Omnicare, Vendor shall use best efforts to maintain on average thirty (30) days inventory of Products on hand, based on Omnicare’s historic purchases and volume requirements. This Agreement shall not apply to any products sold to Omnicare by Vendor’s subsidiaries, divisions, or other business operations other than Vendor’s US pharmaceutical distribution centers.
Inventory Maintenance. Seller shall maintain inventories of equipment, cable and supplies at normal levels consistent with past practice or Seller's 1997 Budget.
Inventory Maintenance. Subject to the provisions of Article Three, EYI International will supply inventories on consignment to ORIENTRENDS, upon receiving consignment orders from ORIENTRENDS .
Inventory Maintenance. From the date hereof until the Transition Date, Penn Traffic shall maintain the inventory levels at its Facilities consistent with its current or historical levels. Penn Traffic shall segregate any excluded merchandise in the Facilities.
