WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx (“Employee”) hereby acknowledges that Woodside Homes, Inc. (“Employer”) is offering Employee certain payments in connection with Employee’s termination of employment pursuant to the employment agreement entered into between Employer and Employee, as amended (the “Employment Agreement”), in exchange for Employee’s promises in this Waiver and Release of Claims Agreement (this “Agreement”).
