Waiver and Reservation of Rights. Failure or delay in exercising any right, power or remedy under this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver. Any rights and remedies prescribed in this Agreement are cumulative and not exclusive of any others provided by law. Any waiver of any breach of this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach. Nothing here creates a legal partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between Customer and UiPath or their Affiliates.
