Common use of WAIVER AND SCOPE Clause in Contracts

WAIVER AND SCOPE. This Agreement, together with the agreements heretofore mentioned, shall constitute the full and complete commitments between the Board and the Association and may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from or modified only through the voluntary mutual consent of both parties in a written and signed amendment to this Agreement. Questions arising that involve the interpretation or application of these agreements may be discussed with the voluntary mutual consent of the Board and the Association; the parties acknowledge that all negotiable items which were or could have been raised during the negotiations leading to these agreements were discussed or could have been discussed and, therefore, each agrees that the other will not be obligated to negotiate on any items, whether contained herein or not, during the life of this Agreement.
