Waiver of Early Termination Notice Fees. 1. Residents may appeal the early termination fees by submitting a request in writing by not later than October 1 for the fall semester and March 1 for the spring semester. Appeals must be supported through documentation. Acceptable reasons to submit an appeal to cancel and waive the early termination notice fees include no longer being enrolled, graduation, internship/student teaching, married/parent, documented disability or medical condition, documented financial need, military services, or all your classes were changed by the university from in-person to online.

  • Early Termination Fee After this contract goes into effect, if you terminate this contract for any reason, or switch your service to a different electricity generation supplier or default service supplier prior to the end of the contract term, you will be responsible for paying XOOM Energy an early termination fee in the amount of $500. This Early Termination Fee is intended not as a penalty, but simply to offset the cost of selling the unused portion of your electric power to others and estimated lost revenue that XOOM may incur from such a sale, if any, and related expenses.
