Waiver of Notice. When any notice is required to be given to any Member, a waiver thereof in writing signed by the Person entitled to such notice, whether before, at, or after the time stated therein, shall be equivalent to the giving of such notice.

When Whenever any notice is required to be given to the Lenders or the Borrower under any MemberFinancing Document, a waiver thereof in writing signed by the Person Person(s) entitled to such notice, whether before, at, before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of such notice.

Waiver of Notice. When any Whenever notice is required to be given to any Memberunder the Certificate, this Agreement or applicable law, a waiver thereof in writing written waiver, signed by the Person person entitled to such notice, whether before, at, before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of such notice.
