Common use of Waiver of Protections Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Protections. If a Protected Employee who has made a request under Section 6(c) fails without good cause within ten (10) days to accept an offer of a comparable position for which such employee has satisfactorily completed such training, the Protected Employee shall, upon the expiration of such ten (10) day period, forfeit all rights and benefits under this award term B.5.
