Waiver of Work Site Property Damage Claims to Extent of Insurance Coverage. The Town and Contractor hereby waive all claims against each other for fire damage or damages from other perils covered by insurance provided in Subdivision (c) of this paragraph. The Contractor agrees to obtain waivers of such claims by all subcontractors.
