Waiver. Without limiting. Section 7.1 and notwithstanding ------ anything else herein to the contrary, all Defects not raised by Buyer within the time period specified in Section 7.1 shall be waived by Buyer for all purposes, and Buyer shall have no right to seek an adjustment to the Purchase Price, make a claim against Seller or seek indemnification from Seller with respect thereto.
