WAIVERS AND RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. (1) DEQ’s waiver of any breach by the Borrower of any term, covenant or condition of this Loan Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or breach of any other term, covenant, or condition of this Loan Agreement. DEQ may pursue any of its remedies hereunder concurrently or consecutively without being deemed to have waived its right to pursue any other remedy.
