WALLS AND WOODWORK. TENANT WILL NOT drive nails into the woodwork or walls of the Premises. Only picture hanging tacks are permitted. Absolutely NO adhesive tape or material is to be used. Tenant shall be responsible for any damage caused by this negligence. Tenant is responsible for any repairs or damages caused by negligence, carelessness, accident or abuse, including but not limited to stickers, scratches, tears, xxxxx, stains and holes.
WALLS AND WOODWORK. Drive nails into the woodwork or walls on the Premises, except nails in new wallboard to hang decorations. Do not use tacks, sticky stuff, masking tape, scotch tape, electrical tape, or duct tape to attach decorations to walls and woodwork. Do not put stickers or bumper stickers on ANYTHING in the property. Please use painters tape to adhere items.

  • Tools and Equipment As established by current practices, the Employer may determine and provide necessary tools, tool allowance, equipment and foul weather gear. The Employer will repair or replace employer-provided tools and equipment if damaged or worn out beyond usefulness in the normal course of business. Employees are accountable for equipment and/or tools assigned to them and will maintain them in a clean and serviceable condition.

  • Walls 12 Developer shall provide rustication patterns on all walls, except drainage headwalls, in Aesthetic 13 Area 3 in accordance with Exhibit L2.24 of the LAADCR. The final designs shall resemble these 14 simulations.

  • WINDOW CLEANING Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

  • Toilets Papers, dust, cobwebs, peels, cans/bottles, cigarette butts, excrement on floor, bad smells, water pools, leaking sewage, rodents, animals (dead or alive), overflowing sanitary bins. 0 = NOT APPLICABLE 1 = UNACCEPTABLE (Toilets out of order. Toilets not cleaned on daily basis.) 2 = POOR (Toilets cleaned, but still visible signs of dirt, e.g. dust, cobwebs.) 3 = GOOD (Obvious sign that toilets are cleaned daily.) 4 = EXCELLENT (Extra effort is put in to ensure cleanliness, e.g. using detergents.)

  • Windows a. Front and rear windshield per California Vehicle Code § 26710. b. Safety glass shall be in all windows. c. Windows shall be operational as originally designed. d. No window tinting on windshield or front side windows per California Vehicle Code § 26708. Any tinting applied to the rear side or rear windows must be light enough to allow any passengers to be viewed from the outside.
