WANDERING AND PLAYING. It is strictly forbidden to play in hallways, stairwells and entrances. Any loitering is prohibited in both indoor and outdoor common areas of the buildings administered by the lessor.

  • Skidding and Yarding Methods of skid- ding or yarding specified for particular areas, if any, are indicated on Sale Area Map. Outside Clearcutting Units and construction clearings, insofar as ground conditions permit, products shall not be skidded against reserve trees or groups of reproduction and tractors shall be equipped with a winch to facilitate skidding. B6.421 Rigging. Insofar as practicable, needed rigging shall be slung on stumps or trees desig- nated for cutting.

  • Felling and Bucking Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and dam- age to residual timber. Unless agreed otherwise, felling shall be done by saws or shears. Bucking shall be done to permit removal of all minimum pieces set forth in A2. Purchaser may buck out cull material when necessary to produce pieces meeting Utilization Standards. Such bucked out material shall contain a minimum amount of sound wood, not in excess of the net scale in percentage of gross scale, or based on the merchantability factor, whichever is stated in A2. If necessary to assess extent of defect, Purchaser shall make sample saw cuts or wedges. B6.411 Felling in Clearings. Insofar as ground conditions, tree lean, and shape of clearings per- mit, trees shall be felled so that their tops do not extend outside Clearcutting Units, construction clearings, and ar- eas of regeneration cutting. B6.000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.

  • Cutting and Patching The Contractor shall be responsible for cutting, fitting or patching required to complete the Work or to make its parts fit together properly.

  • Archiving and Reuse Self-Archiving: The Publisher permits the Rights Holder to archive the Contribution in accordance with the Publisher's guidelines, the current version of which is set out in the Appendix "Author's Self-Archiving Guidelines".

  • Verifying and Certifying The type and amount of any Environmental Attribute transferred and Delivered will be measured, calculated, Verified and Certified as agreed by the Parties or as required pursuant to the Applicable Program. Unless otherwise specified in a Product Order or the written rules of the Applicable Program specified by the Parties, Seller will ensure that the Certification Authority, Verification Provider and Verification Methodologies are selected in compliance with this Agreement and the rules of the Applicable Program. A Verification Provider and Verification Methodology may be designated before or after Delivery, but unless required pursuant to the terms of the Applicable Program specified by the Parties, Verification is optional and need not be specified; and unless otherwise specified or required to comply with a representation for a Product sold as Regulatorily Continuing, expenses of Verification are the responsibility of the Seller if Verification is designated on or before the Trade Date, and the responsibility of Buyer if designated thereafter. Unless otherwise specified in the Product Order or the rules of the Applicable Program, the costs of the Verification Authority and Certification Authority are Seller’s responsibility.

  • Bullying and Harassment Neither DFMC nor you will engage in behaviour that is, or may be reasonably considered to be, intimidating, bullying or harassing or commit any act or behaviour which is offensive or abusive in connection with this Contract. If you are in breach of this clause, DFMC may suspend the collection of your milk for a period of 5 days or until such time as DFMC determines (acting reasonably) that the behaviour has been rectified.

  • Cutting, Patching, and Fitting The Contractor shall do all cutting, patching, and fitting of the Work that may be required to make its several parts come together properly and fit.

  • Monitoring and Recording COMMUNICATIONS - We may monitor and record communications between you and us, including telephone conversations, electronic messages, electronic records, or other data transmissions that affect your accounts or other products and services. Except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, you agree we may monitor and record such communications without your approval or further notice to you.

  • Sealing and Marking of Tenders 2.17.1 The Tenderer shall seal the original and each copy of the tender in separate envelopes, duly marking the envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY.” The envelopes shall then be sealed in an outer envelope.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction.
