Warning and Contractual Penalties. 17.1.1 If the Registrar fails to perform the obligations arising from the Contract as required, EIF shall send a warning, corresponding to the requirements prescribed in clause 17.3 to the Registrar’s e-mail address, for the elimination of the breach of Contract.
