Right of Refusal The proposing vendor has the right not to sell under the awarded agreement with a TIPS member at vendor's discretion unless required by law.
Right of Return The Officer elects to retain the right of return to a department or organisation provided by section 58 of the Act. or The Officer elects not to retain the right of return to a department or organisation provided by section 58 of the Act. or The Officer is not entitled to the right of return to a department or organisation provided by section 58 of the Act.

Exclusive Right The Employer will not meet and negotiate relative to those terms and conditions of employment subject to negotiations with any ASF Member groups or organizations composed of ASF Members covered by this Agreement except through the Association.
Restriction of Shareholders / Owners’ Liability 17.8.1 Parties expressly agree and acknowledge that none of the shareholders of the Parties hereto shall be liable to the other Parties for any of the contractual obligations of the concerned Party under this Agreement. Further, the financial liabilities of the shareholder/s of each Party to this Agreement, shall be restricted to the extent provided in the Indian Companies Act, 2013.
