Warrant of Authority. 33.1 The officials executing this Agreement in behalf of the Employer and the Union signatory hereto, hereby warrant and guarantee that they have the authority to act for, bind and collectively bargain in behalf of the organizations which they represent. 33.2 It is also recognized by the parties that the only future letters of understanding or sidebar agreements considered valid and binding addenda to this contract shall be those executed jointly by the Union and by the Human Resources Director, on behalf of the City. 33.3 Further, all previous letters of understanding or sidebars have been incorporated into the provisions of this Agreement and that this Agreement constitutes the complete understandings and agreement of the parties.
