Warranties and Permits. “Warranties and Permits” shall mean, to the extent assignable, all of Seller’s right title and interest in all warranties and permits applicable to the Property or any improvement or personal property located thereon.

Warranties and Permits. Upon expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant will assign to Landlord all warranties, including all contractor warranties, and any and all guaranties with respect to the use, occupancy, possession and operation of the Premises, including but not limited to the Building Systems.
