Warranties (Rearrangements. In connection with Rearrangements performed by LACMTA or its contractors hereunder, warranties supplied by contractors shall be made for the benefit of the County, the District and LACMTA. Additionally and again in connection solely with Rearrangements and any work performed by the County or District and their contractors, the County, the District and LACMTA each warrant to the other for a period of one (1) year from and after acceptance of work that any work performed by or for them shall be free from defect; this limited warranty is the sole warranty given by the County and/or the District and/or LACMTA, and, pursuant to this warranty, and for the warranty period only, the County, District or LACMTA, as the case may be, shall remedy any such discovered defect at its sole expense. Said remedy will be commenced and completed, if reasonably feasible, within ten (10) Working Days of written notice to the warranting Party.
