Warranties Transfer. Seller agrees to transfer to Buyer, at closing, subject to Buyer’s acceptance thereof (and at Buyer’s expense, if there is any cost associated with said transfer), Seller’s interest in any existing manufacturer’s warranties, service contracts, termite treatment and/or repair guarantee and/or other similar warranties which, by their terms, may be transferable to Buyer.
Warranties Transfer. Seller, at the option of Buyer and at Buyer’s cost, agrees to transfer Seller’s interest in any 175 manufacturer’s warranties, service contracts, termite bond or treatment guarantee and/or similar warranties which by 176 their terms may be transferable to Buyer.
Warranties Transfer. Seller, at the option of Xxxxx and at Xxxxx’s cost, agrees to transfer Xxxxxx’s interest in any 214 manufacturer’s warranties, service contracts, termite bond or treatment guarantee and/or similar warranties which by 215 their terms may be transferable to Buyer.
Warranties Transfer. In the case that Sunrun or Assignee sells a Solar Facility, but does not physically move the Solar Facility or otherwise invalidate the manufacturers’ warranties associated with the Solar Facility, the warranties granted herein shall remain in effect and shall transfer to the new owner of the Solar Facility.
Warranties Transfer. Seller agrees to transfer to Buyer, at closing, Xxxxxx's interest in any manufacturer's warranties, service contracts, and other guarantees or warranties which may be transferable to Buyer. Should there be a fee for this transfer, it shall be paid by Xxxxx.
