Other Guarantees definition

Other Guarantees means all guarantees, other than this Preferred Securities Guarantee, to be issued by the Guarantor with respect to preferred securities (if any) similar to the Preferred Securities, issued by trusts other than the Issuer to be established by the Guarantor (if any), in each case similar to the Issuer.

Other Guarantees means all guarantees to be issued by the Company with respect to capital securities, if any, similar to the Securities issued by any other trust, partnership or other entity affiliated with the Company that is a financing vehicle of the Company, if any, in each case similar to the Trust.

Other Guarantees means any guarantees similar to the Guarantee issued, from time to time, by the Guarantor on behalf of holders of one or more series of Preferred Securities issued by any SVB Trust (as defined in the Indenture) other than the Trust.
