Warranty and Return Policy. The performance, quality, or suitability of the Device and any accessories or other equipment provided to Client in connection with the Services are subject to the manufacturers’ warranties and the specifications of Xxxx for the Device and such equipment, and any extended warranty that Client may have purchased. Any extended warranty claims must be made in accordance with the terms of the actual warranty purchased. From time to time Xxxx may make available special offers to upgrade Devices. Such offers may be changed, cancelled or withdrawn at any time without notice. XXXX DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT THE DEVICE, EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR WITHOUT FAILURE OR INTERRUPTION. XXXX DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE PRIVACY OR SECURITY OF ANY COMMUNICATIONS WHILE CLIENT IS USING THE SERVICES, EQUIPMENT OR THE DEVICE. Warranty and Return Policy. Sound will from time-to-time provide Retailer with a copy of its then-current warranty applicable to the Products. Sound makes no warranties to Retailer. Sound will extend its then-current warranty applicable to a Product to each Customer who purchases such Product from Retailer. Sound will not accept any returns from Customer or Retailer, except that Sound will accept return of Product from Retailer if such Product does not comply with the applicable warranty. Retailer’s sole and exclusive remedy for such noncompliance will be for Sound to provide Retailer with a refund of the purchase price paid by Retailer for the returned Product. For clarity, no refund to Retailer of the purchase price paid by it for returned Products shall occur unless Sound is able to confirm nonconformity with the applicable warranty. Retailer will be solely responsible and liable in respect any claims made by Customers regarding representations by Retailer that are inconsistent with the applicable warranty as provided by Sound.

Bell and/or the manufacturer may (but are not obligated to) perform out-of- warranty repair services. Bell may charge Client if it uses a "loaner" device in connection with any repair services. Charges for out-of-warranty repair services and "loaner" devices will be advised to Client or a User in advance. Unlocking a Device may void the manufacturer's warranty and Bell will not provide a warranty or return policy for the unlocked Device. Bell does not warrant or support Devices not purchased through Bell or its authorized dealers, or Bell Devices that have been unlocked by a third party. BELL DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT THE DEVICE, EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR WITHOUT FAILURE OR INTERRUPTION, OR THAT ANY COMMUNICATIONS WILL BE PRIVATE OR SECURE. Warranty and Return Policy. Each STARGUIDE GEMM carries a one (1) year warranty during which time it will be replaced or repaired by StarGuide at no cost to the Client (other than shipping costs) provided that the device was not damaged. Neither Contractor nor its employees are Department employees. This insurance/exemption must be valid for the entire contract term and any renewal.
