Common use of Warranty Application Clause in Contracts

Warranty Application. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Agreement, any warranty provided by XXXX shall be deemed null and void if the applicable hardware or product is (i) altered, modified or repaired by persons other than XXXX, including, without limitation, the installation of any attachments, features, or devices not supplied or approved by XXXX; (ii) misused, abused, or not operated in accordance with the specifications of XXXX or the applicable manufacturer or creator of the hardware or product, or, (3) subjected to improper site preparation or maintenance by persons other than XXXX or persons approved or designated by XXXX.
