Warranty Default. Any representation or warranty made by the Makers in the Purchase Agreement or the Related Documents proves to have been untrue, incomplete or misleading in any material respect when made or when deemed to have been made and such breach is not remedied (if it is capable of being remedied) within thirty (30) days after written notice of such default by the Payee or the Makers.
Warranty Default. 8.1 Where the statutory conditions are met, the right to supplementary performance, self-remedy of defects and reduction exist prior to acceptance.
