Statutory Conditions. All of the conditions set out under the title Statutory Conditions apply with respect to all of the perils insured under Section I except that these conditions may be modified or supplemented by the provisions of the said Section I or by forms or endorsements which modify Section 1.
Statutory Conditions. The conditions set forth in this section shall be deemed to be part of every contract in force and shall be printed in English or French in every policy with the heading "Statutory Conditions" or "Conditions légales", as may be appropriate, and no variation or omission of or addition to any statutory condition is binding on the Insured. Statutory Conditions 1, 3, 4, 5 and 15 incorporated in this policy apply as conditions to all Coverages under Section II. Otherwise, all of the conditions set out under the title Statutory Conditions apply with respect to all of the perils insured under this policy except as these Conditions may be modified or supplemented by the provisions of the said policy or by forms or endorsements which may be attached.
Statutory Conditions. When we transfer or procure a transfer of a commodity to you or to your order all statutory and implied conditions and warranties as to title, correspondence to description, quality and fitness for purpose are excluded.

Statutory Conditions. 79.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Parties agree that: the Provider must, as is relevant, provide the Program Services in accordance with the Act, the Disability Services Guidelines, and the National Standards for Disability Services; and this Agreement must be read subject to the Act.
79.2 The Parties agree that payment of any Fees by the Department to: the Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Service Provider in relation to Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Service Participants, are made pursuant to an arrangement under section 20(1) of the Act; and the Disability Employment Services – Employment Support Service Provider in relation to Disability Employment Services – Employment Support Service Participants, are made by way of a grant under section 12AD of the Act.
79.3 Without limiting the generality of clauses 79.1 and 79.2, the Provider must: have a current Certificate of Compliance on the Agreement Commencement Date; or obtain a Certificate of Compliance for the provision of those Services no later than 12 months from the Agreement Commencement Date, and maintain that certification during the Agreement Term.
79.4 If the Provider breaches clause 79.3, that breach may be treated by the Department as a breach of an essential term of this Agreement which is not capable of remedy.
79.5 The Provider must pay the costs associated with obtaining and maintaining a Certificate of Compliance.
79.6 The Department will make a Reimbursement payment to the Provider up to an amount determined by the Department, at its discretion, in accordance with this clause and any Guidelines, as a contribution towards the certification and surveillance costs associated with the Certificate of Compliance.
79.7 Subject to clause 79.9, the Department will make a certification payment in accordance with clause 79.6 once the Department has received evidence of the Certificate of Compliance from the relevant Certification Body. This payment will only be made once in a three year period.
79.8 Subject to clause 79.9, the Department will make a surveillance payment in accordance with clause 79.6 once the Department has received a completed surveillance audit report to maintain a Certificate of Compliance from the relevant Certification Body. This payment may be made annually.

Statutory Conditions. Statutory Conditions 1, 8, and 9 shall apply as policy conditions with respect to Coverage Section B. Statutory Conditions. The Statutory Conditions for Non-Owned Automobile Insurance as set out in the Insurance Act of the province in which this policy covers shall form part of the policy.
Statutory Conditions. This Deed of Trust is made under and pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Virginia, Sections 55-58.1, 55-58.2, 55-59, 55-59.1 through 55-59.4 and 55-60, as amended, and shall be construed to impose and confer upon the parties hereto and Beneficiary all the rights, duties and obligations prescribed by said Sections 55-58.1, 55-58.2 55-59, 55-59.1 through 55-59.4 and 55-60, as amended, except as herein otherwise restricted, expanded or changed, including without limitation the following rights, duties and obligations described in short form:
(a) All exemptions are hereby waived.
(b) Subject to all upon default.
(c) Renewal, extension, or reinstatement permitted.
(d) Substitution of trustees collectively or of any of them individually by the beneficiary is permitted for any reason whatsoever, and any number of times without exhaustion of the right to do so.
(e) Advertisement required, as set forth in paragraph 4(a) of this Appendix A in any newspaper of general circulation in the county or city in which the Property is situated.
(f) Any Trustee may act.
(g) The Trustee may require a deposit in the amount of two percent (2%) of the unpaid principal obligations then secured hereby or Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), whichever is greater, to accompany each bid at foreclosure sale or sale in lieu thereof.
