Warranty expirationUpon expiration of this Agreement, Exhibitor shall be liable for and shall pay to Barco all outstanding costs and expenses owed, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, collection fees and all other amounts owed to Barco. Such right to payment shall be in addition to all other rights and remedies that Barco has under law, in equity and by contract.
Warranty expiration. If you do not notify Minutel of your intention to cancel the use of these services beyond the trial period, you will be deemed to have subscribed to such services, and the fees associated with the continued use of these services may be debited from your balance.

  • Contract Expiration The contract shall expire 120 days after the final services have been rendered.

  • PURCHASER OBLIGATIONS – EXPIRATION Upon expiration of this Contract, Purchaser shall accept and take delivery of all outstanding and not yet fulfilled Purchase Orders and pay Contractor the price as set out in the Contract. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, in no event shall a Purchaser’s Purchase Order pursuant to this Contract that is executed prior to expiration of this Contract allow for Contractor to provide Services more than twelve (12) months beyond the expiration date of the Contract.

  • Termination Expiration Suspension Remedies (a) TERMINATION FOR NONAPPROPRIATION OR REDUCTION OF FUNDS OR CHANGES IN LAW. Enterprise Services may suspend or terminate this Participating Addendum and Purchasers may suspend or terminate applicable Purchase Orders, in whole or in part, at the sole discretion of Enterprise Services or, as applicable, Purchaser, if Enterprise Services or, as applicable, Purchaser reasonably determines that: (a) a change in Federal or State legislation or applicable laws materially affects the ability of either party to perform under the terms of this Participating Addendum or applicable Purchase Order; or (b) that a change in available funds affects Purchaser’s ability to pay under the applicable Purchase Order. A change of available funds as used in this section includes, but is not limited to a change in Federal or State funding, whether as a result of a legislative act or by order of the President or the Governor. If a written notice is delivered under this provision, Purchaser will reimburse Contractor for Goods properly ordered and/or Services properly performed until the effective date of said notice. Except as stated in this provision, in the event of termination for nonappropriation or reduction of funds or changes in law, Purchaser will have no obligation or liability to Contractor for payment of terminated Purchase Orders.

  • Termination or Expiration (a) No termination of this Lease prior to the normal ending thereof, by lapse of time or otherwise, shall affect Landlord's right to collect rent for the period prior to termination thereof. (b) Except as provided in Section 18 above, at the expiration or earlier termination of the Term of this Lease, Tenant shall surrender the Demised Premises and all improvements, alterations and additions thereto, and keys therefor to Landlord, clean and neat, and in the same condition as at the Lease Commencement Date, excepting normal wear and tear, condemnation and casualty other than that required to be insured against by Tenant hereunder. (c) If Tenant remains in possession of the Demised Premises after expiration of the Term, with or without Landlord's acquiescence and without any express agreement of the parties, Tenant shall be a tenant-at-sufferance at 125% of the Base Rent in effect at the end of the Term for sixty (60) days, and thereafter at one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Base Rent in effect at the end of the Term. Tenant shall also continue to pay all other Additional Rent due hereunder, and there shall be no renewal of this Lease by operation of law. In addition to the foregoing, Tenant shall be liable for all costs incurred by Landlord in enforcing the provisions of this Section 30. No receipt of money by Landlord from Tenant after the termination of this Lease or Tenant's right of possession of the Demised Premises shall reinstate, continue or extend the Term or Tenant's right of possession.

  • Delivery upon Termination or Expiration No later than the first calendar day after the termination or expiration of the Grant Agreement or upon System Agency’s request, Grantee shall deliver to System Agency all completed, or partially completed, Work Product, including any Incorporated Pre-existing Works, and any and all versions thereof. Grantee’s failure to timely deliver such Work Product is a material breach of the Grant Agreement. Grantee will not retain any copies of the Work Product or any documentation or other products or results of Grantee’s activities under the Grant Agreement without the prior written consent of System Agency.
