WARRANTY OF CAPACITY. Section A. Each of the parties hereto warrants that it is under no disability of any kind that will prevent it from completely carrying out and performing each and all of the provisions of the Agreement and, further, that it will not take any action of any kind that will prevent or impede it in the complete performance of each and every provision.
Section B. The individuals signing this Agreement in their official capacity hereby warrant their authority to act for their respective parties.
Section C. This contract contains all of the agreements, stipulations and provisions agreed upon by the parties hereto, and no representative of either party has authority to make, and neither party shall be bound by, any statement, representation, agreement, stipulation or provision made prior to the execution of this contract or during these contract negotiations and not yet set forth herein.

SECTION 2. The individuals signing this Agreement in their official capacity hereby warrant their authority to act for their respective parties.
SECTION 3. This contract contains all of the agreements, stipulations and provisions agreed upon by either party. No representative of either party has the authority to make, or to be bound by, any agreement, stipulation or provision made prior to the execution of this contract.
WARRANTY OF CAPACITY. The Parties represent and warrant that no other person or entity has or has had any interest in the claims, demands, obligations, or causes of action referred to in this Agreement, and that they have the sole right and exclusive authority to execute this Agreement and receive the consideration specified herein, and that they have not sold, assigned, transferred, conveyed, or otherwise disposed of any of the claims, demands, obligations, or causes of action referred to in the Agreement.
WARRANTY OF CAPACITY. The Parties each hereby warrant and represent that the person signing this Agreement on their behalf has full authority to do so and that this Agreement is binding on them, and is fully enforceable in accordance with its terms. The Parties further warrant and represent that they are the only person, firm, or entity having any interest in the claims released herein and that they have not assigned, sold, transferred, or purported to assign, sell, or transfer any claim, complaint, demand, action, suit, or cause of action relating in any way to the matters released in herein. The Parties agree that the warranties and representations set forth in this Paragraph are material to this Agreement.
WARRANTY OF CAPACITY. BROSS and the COUNTY warrant and represent they: A. are each legally competent to execute this Agreement.

Each individual executing this JEA individually, or on behalf of other persons, or entities, specifically acknowledges, represents, and warrants that he or she is specifically authorized to enter into this JEA, individually, or on behalf of the persons or entities, for whom he or she purports to have authority.
WARRANTY OF CAPACITY. The person or persons who enter into and execute this Agreement on behalf of each of the Parties warrants and represents that he or she has been duly authorized to do so.

Each signatory warrants and represents that such person has authority to bind the party or parties for whom such person signs and the claims, suits, rights, and/or interests that are the subject matter hereto are owned by the party asserting same, and have not been assigned, transferred or sold, and are free of any encumbrance.

The Plaintiffs and Defendant represent that they have the legal capacity to enter into this Settlement Agreement, and that this Settlement Agreement is not for the benefit of any party other than those who have entered into this Settlement Agreement, and gives no rights or remedies to any third parties.
