Common use of Warranty of Products and Services Clause in Contracts

Warranty of Products and Services. In accordance with FAR 52.246-20, “Warranty of Services”, and FAR 52.246-21, “Warranty of Construction”, which are incorporated as part of this agreement by reference, the Contractor warrants that all work performed under contracts resulting from this Agreement shall, at the time of acceptance, be free from defects in workmanship and conform to the requirements of this Agreement and all resulting contracts. The Contracting Officer shall give written notice of any defect or nonconformance to the Contractor within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of acceptance by the Government.
