Period of Warranty. For a period of one year, or such longer period as may be provided by the manufacturer, from the date of Beneficial Use of a particular work element, the Contractor warrants the performance of the equipment in accordance with the specifications agreed upon and set forth in the Scope of Work for such work element as awarded on a Delivery Order. This warranty shall include reasonable and customary labor costs to make any warranty correction or repair. Upon termination of the warranty period, the Contractor shall assign to the Government the Contractor's rights under any manufacturers' warranties relating to the equipment.
Period of Warranty. The warranties and guarantees set forth in this Section 7.1 shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement, and shall remain in full force and effect for the following periods:
(i) One year after the Casino Substantial Completion Date for Work related to the Casino (except for public water improvements for the benefit of the City of Black Hawk, which shall be for a period of three years); and
(ii) One year after the Hotel Substantial Completion Date for Work related to the Hotel.
Period of Warranty. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Tesla shall be responsible pursuant to the terms set forth herein for Tesla Product and Service defects appearing within the following time limits (each a “Warranty Period”) set forth in Exhibit J.
Period of Warranty. For a period of ninety (90) days following GENERAL MAGIC's receipt of the Licensed Programs, GENERAL MAGIC shall be entitled to receive ISOCOR's maintenance service (the Software Support and Update Service, as defined in Attachment B of this Agreement) therefor, without charge.
Period of Warranty. Xxxxxx Sheet Metal Co., Inc. hereby warrants all labor and materials furnished and work performed are in accordance with the contract general guarantee period, as hereinafter defined, due to improper materials or workmanship on the part of the undersigned, the undersigned will repair and replace any and all defects. This warranty does not extend to defects or damage caused by forces or actions beyond the undersigned's control such as, but not limited to, abuse, normal wear, failure to properly maintain the work, failure to properly operate equipment, acts of civil disorder, acts of war, or acts of God.
Period of Warranty. Any new Yamaha 1999-or-later model four-stroke outboard motor purchased and registered with Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. for pleasure use in the United States, will be warranted against defects in material or xxxxxxx- ship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, sub- ject to exclusions noted herein. Any Yamaha outboard motor pur- chased and utilized for commercial applications will be warrant- ed for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, subject to exclusions noted herein. Yamaha peripheral equipment includ- ed with the motor, such as gauges, fuel tanks, and hoses, remote control boxes, and wiring external from the motor unit, will be warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase of either pleasure or commercial use. Replacement parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted for the balance of the applicable war- ranty period.
Period of Warranty. This warranty is for a period of one year from Date (if blank, the warranty commences on the date of substantial completion of the Work. Where the Work is performed in separate and distinct phases or mobilizations, the date of substantial completion for the work in a particular phase or mobilization is the date when work in that particular phase or mobilization is completed, not when all of Stonhard’s work is completed or the completion of the entire project.)
Period of Warranty. Years All hardware – comprehensive OEM warranty onsite with parts and labour.
Period of Warranty. In accordance with Clause 2 of the General Terms and Conditions ("Representations and Warranties"), the period of warranty referred to therein shall be Twelve (12) months from the date of Certificate of Initial Acceptance.
Period of Warranty. The period of warranty is 90 days for Software, for any other product the period of warranty is 12 months, unless there is no notation applied on the account or there exists no other period of warranty specified by the manufacturer or supplier.
