Common use of Waste; Nuisance Clause in Contracts

Waste; Nuisance. Permittee shall not commit, suffer, or permit the commission by others of: (i) any waste or nuisance on the Premises; (ii) any action or use of the Premises which interferes or conflicts with the use of the Premises by SMART or any authorized person; or (iii) any action on the Premises in violation of any laws or ordinances.
