Common use of Waste; Nuisance Clause in Contracts

Waste; Nuisance. Lessee shall not use the premises in any manner that will constitute waste, nuisance, or unreasonable annoyance (including, without limitation, unreasonable noise, the use of loudspeakers or sound or light apparatus that can be heard or seen outside the Premises) to other tenants in the Building or occupants of neighboring properties. Lessee shall not use the Premises for vehicle repair, sleeping, washing clothes, cooking, or the preparation, manufacturing or mixing of anything that might emit any odor or objectionable noises or lights into the Building or onto neighboring properties.
