Wastewater Treatment System. If at any time in the future, access to a wastewater treatment system is made available to the Leased Premises, Lessor will have the right to require the Lessee to connect to and utilize that service, at Lessee’s expense, and discontinue the use of any private on-site sewerage facility within twelve (12) months after written notice from Lessor.
