Watch Workers. The regular hours of work for Watch Workers shall consist of eight (8) hour tours of duty on the basis of five (5) tours of work in a seven (7) day period, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight or 12:00 midnight to 8:00 a.m., Sunday through Saturday. An 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. is required Saturday and Sunday. Where possible, there will be two (2) consecutive days off. There will be a minimum of eight (8) hours between shifts.
