Watching or Tending Locomotives. A. Engineers called out to attend locomotives or steam generator units after termination of trip or day's work, will be allowed pay at pro rata minimum freight rate per hour for all time occupied, with a minimum of four (4) hours for each call. Time paid for under this rule shall not be used to make up the basic day. B. Both members of an engine crew will not be paid for watching the same locomotive or steam generator at the same time.
