WATER AND LIGHTING. The contractor shall pay for all fees and provide water and light as required from Corporation mains or other sources, and shall pay all charges therefore for the use of the work and workmen. The water for the works shall be free from earthy, vegetable or organic matter and from salts or other substances like to interfere with the setting of the mortar or otherwise prove harmful to the work.
