Water Cost Payment. The costs and expenses levied against the Project by the Natomas Central Mutual Water Company shall be paid by and allocated between Owner and Tenant as follows: Owner will pay all Natomas Central Mutual Water Company tolls, charges and fees owing on the Project, except charges for water usage or any water toll charges for water applied to the Project ordered by Tenant. Such water tolls or usage charges will be paid directly by Tenant to the Natomas Central Mutual Water Company. Tenant’s obligation to reimburse Owner if it has not directly paid such charges pursuant to this Section for periods covered by the Term shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of the Term.
