Toll Charges. Every call using the Services that originates or terminates in the PSTN, including other VoIP networks, is subject to the then applicable toll charges, based on the duration and location of each call, that are associated with the rate plan subscribed to by Customer as set forth in the Service Order(s) (the “Toll Charges”). The local rate covers inbound and outbound calls. The rates for intra-state calls vary by location unless specified in the Service Order and are available upon request. The duration of each call shall be calculated in six-second increments and rounded up to the nearest six-second increment for any fraction of six-seconds used. If the computed charge for a call includes a fraction of a cent, the fraction is rounded up to the nearest whole cent.
Toll Charges. Every call using the Services that originates or terminates in the Public Switched Telephone Network (“PSTN”), including other VoIP networks, is subject to the then applicable toll charges that are associated with the Service Plan, which hellospoke will include in bills and Customer will pay. For Customers subscribed to our hosted call center service, every PSTN call to or from a call center user and to or from a call center agent is subject to applicable toll charges at hellospoke‘s then current rates or as otherwise specified in the Service Plan. Calls to a non-hellospoke telephone phone number outside the United States and Canada will be charged the current rates on xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx. The duration of each call is to be calculated in one-minute increments and rounded up to the nearest one-minute increment for any fraction of minutes used. If the comput- ed charge for a call includes a fraction of a cent, the fraction is rounded up to the nearest whole cent. When Customer dials an international PSTN phone number, charges may apply regardless of whether the party on the other line answers the call. Calls made by a Customer to an international mobile, rather than landline, or premium rate telephone number, may result in higher toll charges. Charges to Customer for inbound toll free numbers are subject to the geographic restrictions and location of the person calling into the toll free number.
Toll Charges. Contractor will be responsible for all applicable toll charges required to perform the maintenance activities of the Authority. Excessive toll violations by the Contractor during the maintenance contract will be counted against the Contractor's Contract Performance.
Toll Charges. The Company will pay the full costs of all road, bridge and ferry tolls incurred by Owner Operators or Employees to get to, through or from their routes. The Owner Operators shall remit their toll bills on a monthly basis for reimbursement. If the Company determines that a security and/ or port pass is required, the Company agrees to reimburse the Owner Operator the applicable cost.
Toll Charges. 10.1 An electronic tag (e-tag) is not fitted to the Vehicle and it is Your responsibility to fit an e-tag or purchase a day pass for use of the Vehicle on toll roads.
10.2 If We receive an unpaid toll notice relating to use of the Vehicle on a toll road during the Rental Period for which You hired the Vehicle, You give Us full authority to pay the toll invoice using Your credit card (a processing fee of $10 applies). If Your credit card has insufficient funds or the transaction is rejected by the card issuer and We are required to nominate You as the responsible party We will charge You an administrative fee of $30 for each nomination.
Toll Charges. 10.1 You must pay for the toll road operator for the use of the Vehicle on toll roads and it is Your responsibility to fit an electronic tag (e-tag) to the Vehicle and promptly pay all toll road fees and charges.
10.2 You must notify HelloCars of the e-tag number fitted to the Vehicle.
10.3 If You fail to fit an e-tag or the e-tag is not recognised by a toll road, HelloCars will charge You the toll fee, a number plate recognition fee and a $2.50 processing fee per toll charge incurred.
10.4 Tagless toll accounts are not supported.
Toll Charges. 12.1 You must pay all tolls incurred related to the use of the Motorbike on a toll road.
12.2 If We receive toll invoices for use of the Motorbike on a toll road, We will nominate You as the responsible driver and charge an administration fee of $25 per nomination.
Toll Charges. 6.1 An electronic tag (e-tag) is fitted for use of the Vehicle on toll roads and the e-tag must not be removed from the Vehicle.
6.2 All toll charges will be debited from Your nominated credit card upon return of the vehicle or within a reasonable time after We receive an invoice from the toll road operator and prior to refund of the Security Deposit.
6.3 An administrative fee of $3 per day of toll road use will be charged upon return of the vehicle.
Toll Charges. 7.1 An electronic tag (e-tag) is not fitted to the Vehicle and it is Your responsibility to fit an e-tag to the Vehicle or purchase a day pass for payment of tolls when using the Vehicle on toll roads.
7.2 If You fail to do so and We are required to nominate You as the responsible party We will charge You an administrative fee for each nomination.
Toll Charges. 8.1 You must pay all toll charges and if You fail to do so and We are required to nominate You as the responsible party We will charge You an administrative fee of $20 for each nomination.
8.2 An electronic tag (e-tag) is not fitted to the Vehicle and it is Your responsibility as the hirer to fit your e-tag or purchase a day pass, open a LINKT account or download the LINKT GO App for use of the Vehicle on toll roads.
8.3 You the hirer must pay all tolls from the rental period start to the end date and time or return of vehicle as on your rental agreement or condition report return date after rental extension.

8.5 All Toll notices that reach us for action and our action requiring us to forward on and nominate you as driver will incur an admin fee $20 for each nomination of your unpaid tolls invoice. This fee will be deducted from your nominated CC up to 120 days after hire end date and time.
