Common use of Water Easements Clause in Contracts

Water Easements. At the time of the applicable final platting or upon the earlier request by the City, the Property Owner shall dedicate or convey to the City all temporary and permanent water easements necessary for the construction and operation of the Internal Water Lines, without additional cost or consideration, in conjunction with the construction of such Internal Water Lines as set forth above. Said easements shall be nonexclusive easements; provided that, no permanent building improvements will be permitted to be constructed over the top of said easements.

Water Easements. At the time of the applicable final platting or upon the earlier request by the Cityprior to construction of said water lines, the Property Owner Landowners shall dedicate or and convey to the City all temporary and permanent nonexclusive water easements to the City necessary for the construction and operation of water lines set forth herein that are located within each Landowner’s portion of the Internal Water LinesAnnexed Property, without additional cost or consideration, in conjunction with the construction of such Internal Water Lines water lines as set forth above. Said easements shall be nonexclusive easements; provided that, no permanent building improvements will be permitted to be constructed over the top of said easements.
