Common use of WATER FEEDER MAINS Clause in Contracts

WATER FEEDER MAINS. (1) The City, except as hereinafter provided, shall install any water feeder mains from the existing City water mains that may lead into the Development Area as required by the Manager, Water Quality Services; and (2) the Developer shall, where possible, coordinate the installation of feeder mains with the City’s Water Resources Business Unit so that the water feeder mains will be installed before surface works are undertaken within the Development Area.
