Water Pollution Control Facilities Sample Clauses

Water Pollution Control Facilities. Sludge handling and dewatering equipment includes: (i) Sludge pumps and associated piping, valves, controls, instrumentation and flush water piping at the first and second stage clarifiers; (ii) Thickeners and associated structures and sludge pumps, tunnel sump pumps and associated piping, valves, controls, instrumentation, and flush water piping for the first and second stage thickeners, the waste thickeners, and the spent washwater thickeners; (iii) Centrifuges, piping, valves, controls, instrumentation, flush water piping, screw conveyors, and associated structures for the classification, dewatering, and waste centrifuges; (iv) Also included is related groundwater monitoring equipment.
Water Pollution Control Facilities. The Water Pollution Control Facilities include the chemical and oily waste system, wastewater runoff system, and cooling tower blowdown system all of which are described below.

  • Pollution Control The Employer and the Union agree to limit all forms of environmental pollution.

  • Federal Water Pollution Control Act The contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders, or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.

  • System Protection Facilities Developer shall, at its expense, install, operate and maintain System Protection Facilities as a part of the Large Generating Facility or Developer’s Attachment Facilities. Connecting Transmission Owner shall install at Developer’s expense any System Protection Facilities that may be required on the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or the New York State Transmission System as a result of the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility and Developer’s Attachment Facilities.

  • CLEAN AIR ACT AND THE FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT (a) If the Sub-Recipient, with the funds authorized by this Agreement, enters into a contract that exceeds $150,000, then any such contract must include the following provision: Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401-7671q) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251-1387), and will report violations to FEMA and the Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • Banking Facilities Schedule 3.25 sets forth a complete and correct list of: (a) each bank, savings and loan or similar financial institution in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has an account or safety deposit box and the numbers of such accounts or safety deposit boxes maintained thereat; and (b) the names of all persons authorized to draw on each such account or to have access to any such safety deposit box, together with a description of the authority (and conditions thereto, if any) of each person with respect thereto.

  • Clean Air Act and Federal Water Pollution Control Act The contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 7401 et seq.

  • State Facilities If the State makes space available to the Party in any State facility during the term of this Agreement for purposes of the Party’s performance under this Agreement, the Party shall only use the space in accordance with all policies and procedures governing access to and use of State facilities which shall be made available upon request. State facilities will be made available to Party on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, with no warranties whatsoever.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to CBB.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.
