Common use of Water Sports Clause in Contracts

Water Sports. The Operator and its insurance underwriters shall not be liable for accidents, injuries or death due to: swimming; windsurfing; paddle boarding; the use of the Boat’s dinghy and outboard engine; or the use of snorkels, masks, fins or scuba equipment whether supplied by the Operator or otherwise.
