Common use of WATERBEDS Clause in Contracts

WATERBEDS. Tenant’s shall not use or have waterbeds on the Premises unless: (a) Tenant obtains a valid waterbed insurance policy; (b) Tenant increases the security deposit in an amount equal to one-half of one month’s rent; and (c) the bed conforms to the floor load capacity of Premises.

WATERBEDS. Tenant’s Tenant shall not use or have waterbeds on the Premises unless: (ai) Tenant obtains a valid waterbed insurance policy; (bii) Tenant increases the security deposit in an amount equal to one-half of one month’s rentRent; and (ciii) the bed conforms to the floor load capacity of Premises.
