WATERSHED BOUNDARY. The geographical area to which this agreement applies shall be known as the Shell Rock Watershed. The Shell Rock River is a United States Geological Survey Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC 8 ID #07080202) Watershed. The boundary of the Watershed is graphically displayed in Attachment A, which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement.
WATERSHED BOUNDARY. The geographical area to which this agreement applies shall be known as the Winnebago Watershed. The Winnebago River is a United States Geological Survey Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC 8 ID #07080203) Watershed. The boundary of the Watershed is graphically displayed in Attachment A, which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement.

The East Nishnabotna is a United States Geological Survey Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC 8 ID #10240002) Watershed. The boundary of the Watershed is graphically displayed in Attachment I, which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement.

WATERSHED BOUNDARY. 13.1 The geographical area to which this agreement applies shall be known as the West Nishnabotna Watershed. The West Nishnabotna is a United States Geological Survey Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC 8 ID #10240002) Watershed. The boundary of the Watershed is graphically displayed in Attachment I, which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement.
WATERSHED BOUNDARY. The Pleasant Bay Watershed is comprised of all land and water in the Towns of Brewster, Chatham, Orleans, and Harwich that have been determined by USGS, as shown depicted in the Linked Watershed-Embayment Model to Determine Critical Nitrogen Loading Thresholds for the Pleasant Bay System, Towns of Orleans, Chatham, Brewster and Harwich, Massachusetts, Final Report, May 2006, to be contributing groundwater or surface water flow into Pleasant Bay and its fresh and saltwater lakes, ponds, rivers, creeks, bays, coves, and other wetlands.

  • Boundaries (i) There is no dispute involving or concerning the location of the lines and corners of the Property; (ii) to Seller’s knowledge there are no encroachments on the Property and no portion of the Property is located within any “Special Flood Hazard Area” designated by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and/or Federal Emergency Management Agency, or in any area similarly designated by any agency or other governmental authority; and (iii) no portion of the Property is located within a watershed area imposing restrictions upon the use of the Property or any part thereof.

  • Wetlands Any wetlands on the Property may be subject to the permitting requirements of DEP, the applicable water management district or any other applicable permitting entity.

  • MINES The Contractor represents and warrants that neither it, its parent entities (if any), nor any of the Contractor’s subsidiaries or affiliated entities (if any) is engaged in the sale or manufacture of anti-personnel mines or components utilized in the manufacture of anti-personnel mines.

  • Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.
