WAWA RELOCATION WORK. (1) The Joint Venturers will, as soon as practicable after a JVE Plan has been agreed or determined in accordance with clause 12, cause the WAWA Relocating Work to be undertaken in accordance with the Approved JVE Plan and this clause.
