WAYS & MEANS FUND. 20.01 Upon ratification the employer will pay to the union $40,245 towards the union’s Ways & Means Fund, which fund is administered by the union. For 2009-10, effective September 1, 2009, this amount will be increased to $42,245 and for 2010-11, effective September 1, 2010, this amount will be increased to $44,245. In addition, $10,000 will be allocated to the Fund each year of the collective agreement for the purpose of assisting any employee with a disability requir- ing work related accommodation (e.g., adaptive computer).
