WBE COMPLIANCE. The Office of Procurement Services has reviewed the proposed agreement and recommends a waiver of the Board Approved Participation Plan due to the nature of the agreement (subscription service) and the exemption from competitive bidding.
WBE COMPLIANCE. The Office of Procurement Services has reviewed the proposed compliance plan and recommends a full waiver of the Board Approved MBE/WBE Contract Participation Plan due to the nature of the agreement (venue rental).
WBE COMPLIANCE. The Office of Contract Compliance has reviewed the proposed agreement and recommends a waiver of the Board Approved Participation Plan due to the nature of the agreement (space rental) and the absence of subcontracting opportunities.
WBE COMPLIANCE. The Office of Contract Compliance has secured the commitment of each proposed firm to comply with the Board Approved MBE/WBE Board Participation Plan upon subsequent contract awards. Each vendor will be evaluated for aggregate compliance on their respective contracts.
WBE COMPLIANCE. The Office of M/WBE Contract Compliance has reviewed the above referenced agreement and EMR Consulting Group, utilizing certified MBE and WBE Vendors directly and indirectly is in compliance with the Board Approved Participation Plan.
WBE COMPLIANCE. The Office of M/WBE Contract Compliance has reviewed the above referenced agreement request and has determined that Xxxxxxxxx & Associates is in compliance with the Board Approved Participation Plan.
WBE COMPLIANCE. The Office of M/WBE Contract Compliance has reviewed the above request and, The University of Illinois, at Chicago (UIC), as a co-educational partner with the City Colleges of Chicago, manages a program to assure the utilization of M/WBE firms on contracts, and works with certified M/WBE vendors in other areas for direct contract participation. At this time there is no opportunity to provide additional contractual participation on this project, therefore, it is recommended that a waiver of compliance with the Board Approved Participation Plan be granted.
WBE COMPLIANCE. The Office of M/WBE Contract Compliance has reviewed the agreement and determined that Pace Systems, Inc. is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the joint purchasing agreement. The Office of M/WBE Compliance thereby recommends acceptance of Pace Systems, Inc.’s proposed MBE participation and recommends a 2% partial waiver of the WBE participation goals for compliance with the Board Approved Participation Plan.
WBE COMPLIANCE. The Office of M/WBE Contract Compliance has reviewed the purchase order request referenced above. As the product is being procured via a Joint Purchase Agreement with another agency, it is recommended that the State of Illinois’ declaration that there was no Business Enterprise Program (BEP) goal for the contract be accepted. (The State’s BEP program is similar to City Colleges of Chicago’s MBE/WBE program and the State of Illinois waived the BEP goals on this contract.)
WBE COMPLIANCE. The Office of Procurement Services has reviewed the bid responses from the selected vendors and has determined that each vendor has provided sufficient evidence of their commitment to meet the Board Approved MBE/WBE Contract Participation Plan by identifying MBE/WBE firms they regularly contract with on public projects. Additionally, the selected vendors’ MBE/WBE specific plans will be evaluated at the time of subsequent Job Order Contract award. Also, the selected vendors’ compliance achievement will be evaluated throughout the overall contract term.
