Venue Rental. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Lessor hereby grants to Lessee a license to use The Valley Venue (the “Venue”) for an event to be held on the date and time set forth on Exhibit A (the “Event”). *This agreement must be completed by the person(s) responsible for payment and event details.*
Venue Rental. Subject to availability and the terms of this Pavilion Rental Agreement (this “Agreement”), Afton Village Swimming Pool Club (“AVSC”) hereby grants the above-named Renter a limited, revocable license to use the pavilion area (the “Venue”) located at Afton Village Swim Club (the “Club”) on the Event Date from the Start Time until the End Time for the purpose of Renter’s private party, barbeque, gathering, and other related private event (with such license, use, and purpose being the “Event”). Renter’s Event shall last no longer than 2 hours.
Venue Rental. The total cost for use of the Xxxxxxx Family Viewlands Facilities as described in this contract is $ plus Michigan sales tax, (if applicable). To reserve services on the date requested, LTC requires this contract be signed by both parties and an initial deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the contract fee. Payment of the remaining balance of the contract fee is due thirty (30) days in advance of the event. Deposits and payments must be made by cash or check and be payable to LTC.
Venue Rental. The fees shall be calculated in accordance with the “TAITRA Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 2 Exhibition Space Rental Fee Standards”, including the rented renting venue, lighting, air conditioning (*the applicant is required to apply for air conditioning during move-in and move-out periods and pay the fee), and use of public facilities. The Lessee shall pay the following fees to TAITRA by cashier's check, sight check, wire transfer, or cash:
I. Deposit: 20% of the total rental fees amounting to NT$ to be paid upon confirmation of the rental periods.
II. Second Installment: 30% of the total rental fees amounting to NT$ to be paid no later than 120 days prior to the start date of the rental period.
III. Balance: 50% of the total rental fees amounting to NT$ to be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start date of the rental period. Total of I.II.III is : NT$ (tax included).
IV. The Lessee must pay the rental fee by the dates established in this Contract to rent the venue and cannot request a recalculation of the amount based on the actual area being utilized for any reason.
V. The beneficiary of notes or the recipient’s remittance account is: “TAITRA Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 2”.
Venue Rental. The total cost for use of The Xxxxxxx'x facilities as described in this contract is $480.00 plus Pennsylvania sales tax, (if applicable). To reserve services on the date requested, The Xxxxxxx requires this contract be signed by both parties and a retainer of fty percent (50%) of the balance is due to hold the date. Payment of the remaining balance of the rental fee is due thirty (30) days in advance of the event. Deposits and payments will be made by venmo, paypal, certi ed or bank check made payable to The Xxxxxxx on the schedule noted below. Due Date Amount Due Aug 8, 2024 $480.00 Any retainers are to secure your date and are non-refundable unless, upon cancellation by the Client, The Xxxxxxx is able to resell the venue date to another party, in which case, your deposit will be refunded less a $100 deduction for administrative fees.

Ladies Parlor, Victorian Game Room, Grand Hall $ 150 per hour This price is for events that do not require any furniture removal or set up Gentlemen’s Parlor, Dining Room $ 150 per hour This includes the dining room table and one other table with plain white Tablecloths Entire First Floor for event that does not require additional furniture Placement or Removal up to 4 hour event Bar can be Placed on front porch. $ 1,200 Entire first floor with proper setup for a meal $ 2,000 up to 4 hour event. Venue Rental. The Venue hereby rents to The Host the sections of The Venue specified in the Host’s OSBX invoice. The Venue may terminate this agreement immediately if The Venue determines The Host, The Host’s Vendor, or a Guest is not in compliance with this agreement. The Venue is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the termination of this agreement.
Venue Rental. The WIFC Venue rental consists of the following included items:
i. Celebration Hall that can hold up to three hundred (300) people ii. Access to Food Preparation Room, Change Rooms and Washroom Facilities in the lower level of the Building iii. Permanent Grandstands that seat 500 people iv. Public Washrooms within the Concourse/Plaza Area
v. Parking facilities
Venue Rental. The project needs to disseminate its result to the wider public thru forum and meetings. The meetings may be conducted in a function room of an establishment to accommodate several people. Snacks and refreshments will be provided during meetings (including community gathering) and trainings.
