Qualified Medical Child Support Order A child who would otherwise meet the eligibility requirements and is required to be covered by a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO) is considered an eligible dependent.
Appropriate Use It will use its Project property for appropriate purposes (including joint development purposes as well as uses that provide program income to support public transportation) for the duration of the useful life of its Project property, which may extend beyond the duration of the Award, and consistent with other requirements FTA may impose.
Appropriate Safeguards BA shall implement appropriate safeguards to prevent the use or disclosure of Protected Information other than as permitted by the Contract or Addendum, including, but not limited to, administrative, physical and technical safeguards in accordance with the Security Rule, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. BA shall comply with the policies and procedures and documentation requirements of the Security rule, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Section 164.316 [42 U.S.C. Section 17931].
Transit Traffic The following rates will apply:
Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.
CLAIMS SUPPORT 8.1.0 The Board shall complete and submit the Trust Plan Administrator’s Waiver of Life Insurance Premium Plan Administrator Statement to the Trust Plan Administrator for life waiver claims when the Trust Plan Administrator does not administer and adjudicate the LTD benefits.
CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.
Open Source Assurance Program For Software that is Red Hat branded, purchases under this Agreement may entitle Client to participate in Red Hat’s Open Source Assurance Program which is described at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/rhel/details/assurance/. The terms for this optional program are subject to a separate agreement which can be viewed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/legal/open_source_assurance_agreement.html.
STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.
Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):
