We will provide you with a copy of the inspection report within 28 days of the inspection. If the inspection reveals the need for repair or replacement of any such installation, we will do so within a reasonable period. We will give you a copy of the current inspection record before the beginning of the tenancy.  If your house is served by a communal television or communications aerial provided by us, we will take reasonable steps to repair any defect within a reasonable period where repairs to the system are economically viable in the opinion of the Association. Where repairs or maintenance have to be done, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption to you. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not be responsible for upgrading any communal aerials – for example, to reflect technological advances or innovations.  We will categorise repairs into emergency, urgent and routine repairs and each will have a certain response time dependant on the necessity for repair. These response times will be published by us in our Repairs Policy from time to time.
