Common use of We ( Clause in Contracts

We (. further agree with the Nagar Xxxxx/Nagar Palika/Nagar Panchayat that the Nagar Xxxxx/Nagar Palika/Nagar Panchayat shall have the fullest liberty without our consent and with out affecting in any manner our obligation here under to vary any of the terms and conditions of the said agreement or to extend time of performance by the said contractor (s) from time to time or to postpone for any time or for time to time any of the powers excerciseable by Nagar Xxxxx/Nagar Palika/Nagar Panchayat, against the said contractor (s) and to for bear or enforce any of the terms and conditions relating to the said agreement and we shall not be relieved from our liability by reasons of any such variations. or extension being granted to the said contractor (s) or for barnacle, act or commission on the part of the Nagar Xxxxx/Nagar Palika/Nagar Panchayat, or any indulgence by the Nagar Xxxxx/Nagar Palika/Nagar Panchayat, to the said contractor (s) or by any such matter or thing what so ever which under the lay relating to surities would but for this provision have effect of so relieving us.
